People here not rushing to embrace pedal power

If not for the heat, many people might retire their cars and hopon a bicycle, at least until gas prices go down.
However, local bike dealers say that may not be the best choice.
Terri Berridge, owner of Berridge Bikes and Boards on New Boston Road, thinks people are scared to take to the sides of the road, because of bad roadways in Texarkana.
