Here’s a HINT!

I doubt that any of these supplements actually do anything. Most of them have never been systematically tested and most of the time they are waste of money. Just eat well and practise well. Stop wasting money on BS.

Someone’s bitter…

I thought the same thing, then I tried Sportlegs. I now believe, it works. So if you choose to not use supplements, ok. Have you actually tried it and determined for yourself, or are you just expressing an uneducated opinion?

Any winners yet?

Have you heard of placebo effect? I am not bitter and I don’t give a damn if you used it. I have nothing to gain or lose from it. You on the other hand might have something to lose, i.e. money.
I am just giving you my opinion that based on my medical knowledge. Yes, I might be uneducated but I think I know one thing or two in medicine and how body works. Of course medical school these days don’t teach you much, they say… By the way, if I tried it and I think it works, does that prove that it works? Some swear that eating lots of garlic gives them extra sexual power and they swear that it works… hmm… maybe. And if your buddy swear that drinking 2 bottles of beer makes him go faster on his bike does that prove that beer makes better cyclists?

Can’t hold my laugh… They say Sportlegs contain lactate form of calcium and vitamin D. Are you a menopausal osteoporotic woman? It might help you then.
And they say it prevents lactic acid production by loading you up with lactic acid. Great, now you’ll get lactic acid even before you start your exercise! And why the hell loading you up with lactic acid would make your muscle make less lactic acid? BS, BS, BS. And I really enjoyed those tacky advertisement photos.
However, if it makes you feel good, hey, it’s probably cheaper than prozac.

Pj. I understand where you are coming from. But at the same time, I have to interject… “To each his own.”
Let it go man. Iwantwellness.com gave us product to give away. So if you don’t want to participate, then don’t. But c’mon man, its FREE. Why try to stop someone from trying it.
