Knee Pain…again!
August 13th, 2006 by RL PolicarDang man, last week my knee for the first time in a great while was starting to feel great! But since my fall, my knee has been bothering me again.
So for now, I can’t really ride until it feels better….

RL: you can ride a fixed gear with one leg.

I ice my knee right after a bike ride. I then use Icyhot during the night and wrap it. Seems to help out.
