A steel touring bike which comes complete with fenders, discs, and a rack should do very well for you. Are those 700c wheels, or 26 inches? I ride a small frame size(usually 52cm) and toe overlap is an issue with fat tires and fenders. Also, I have a beef with your 2008 One Way---you made it look just like my Gunnar Sport! :-) The only difference is my bike has a BRG Brooks B17---while yours appears to have the pre-softened B17.
