the one thing i learnt about commuting riding is that it makes great training time. I shaved about 30 minutes off my best century time simply by commuting everyday for 6 months! oh and it tends to work out quicker than getting the train for me!

The first concert I saw, at fourteen, twenty-four years ago… was the Talking Heads’ ‘Speaking in Tongues’ tour. “At least seven dimensions of awesome” indeed! Only bad thing, every concert since has bit.

NP. I usually don’t jump on people’s spelling in blogs, but it was a name and hell it’s David Byrne who contains at least seven dimensions of awesome.

I didn’t know he was a biker! I’ll have to add him to my growing list of “People I’d love to go on a bike ride with.”

David Byrne is spelled with the Y before the R.
